ABOUT US
We are a collective of educational leaders
collaborating toward a common goal: ensuring that all learners have access to learning environments in which they can thrive. This means adults, too. Our Senior Advisors have state and national experience leveraging continuous growth strategies to advance inclusive instruction, leadership, and systems to improve outcomes.
Our Core Beliefs
Knowledge is not something to be transmitted from person to person; rather, it is co-constructed and deconstructed as a product of inquiry, experience, and feedback. Learners flourish when engaging with diverse perspectives, ideas, and contexts. Optimal learning cultures develop dialogic partnerships, elevate divergent thinking, promote inquiry, and balance challenge with support to build learner agency.
Optimal learning cultures cannot exist without commitment from leadership. It is they who align values, create structures, allocate resources, and sustain the conditions necessary for continual learning to occur. Integrated learning systems start with dedicated leaders.
Comprehensive learning systems incorporate frequent, multi-dimensional, future-focused, and criterion referenced feedback. When reciprocal feedback is integrated into continuous cycles of improvement, people and programs advance together.
Effective organizations measure the impact of programs as part of their commitment to continuous improvement. They strategically plan their processes and make them visible so that successful components can be replicated and scaled while unsuccessful components can be improved. Good intentions just aren’t good enough.
